Great people, great service. Communication on arrival time appreciated.
You had someone to call after hours and then had a plumber out early the next morning. We needed help with our tankless hot water heater. Tanner figured out the problem and got it working quickly and for a reasonable price. He advised us on some other work we can have done, but left the decision up to us. Again, we’re happy to work with Parzival!

I scheduled service with Parzival for a clogged double kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain. I actually received a call from them to come a day earlier than planned, but I wasn’t available that day. Mike M. came out and snaked the pipes to clear the clog. He did a great job! He was professional, friendly and efficient. He respectfully wore booties over his shoes, too. He also asked if I had any other plumbing issues since he was here. I always get great service from Parzival Plumbing! And I appreciate it!

I called Parzival cause shit they’ve been consistent in the past and very good work! I had a leak which warranted a restoration company and they pulled in when they work with in the past so I trusted them. It was a very seamless process and all the work was done very professionally. I would use them again!
I used Parzival because they always come through the previous calls. However, this time, I had an emergency water leak. It created enough damage to warrant the registration company which they work with frequently, and the whole process was seamless. Great experience, I would use them again, but I really don’t want another emergency.

Owner is very picky about the project, I was turned down for basic clean out installation. Don’t understand why.

Parzival plumbing did an excellent job, replacing our faucets and toilet, Tanner worked at our house, and was very friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job we would definitely use them again if needed.
We have utilized Parzival a handful of times – including a major renovation and re-trenching of a sewer line from my kitchen to the main in the street. Whether the job involves a small clearing of a clogged drain, to a major retrenching like what I have done – Parzival is the very best that I have ever dealt with – both in price and service- and they have serviced several properties that we own. Our last issue was a minor drain clog, Mike the technician was extremely professional, well-dressed, communicated well, and gave us a very reasonable price. Reasonable pricing is what we have always received from Parzival – and we have also referred them to others because of this – as well as the great service that they provide. They also communicate extremely well – they explain everything in Layman’s terms and don’t over complicate things when doing so – unlike other plumbing companies that do this when called out for a plumbing issue. Parzival always does a quick diagnostic before jumping in on any job to ensure that no extra work is entailed. I can’t say enough good things about this group – my homes are in Orange County, I don’t know if they go outside of Orange County, but if they don’t they should. Thomas – the family owner of this business – takes pride in this company and it shows.

We have called on them four times in the past ~14 months and each time, without fail, they have proven to be punctual, competent, friendly, and fair. They have a super convenient appointment request form on their website and they communicate via text, which is a huge draw for folks like me who sometimes have less than ideal phone reception or just haven’t had the requisite amount of coffee to “people” yet. As further testament to the depth of their dedication, Parzival Plumbing made note of the make and model of our tankless water heater so they could proactively keep parts on hand that would otherwise take weeks to arrive (on the off chance something breaks further down the line). As far as pricing, I feel you get a more than fair price for what is essentially bespoke service. Parzival Plumbing is the first plumbing company I’ve encountered with a core value system and they adhere to them in everything they do. Needless to say, they have earned our business now and in the future. Thanks again, guys!

Parzival has always been a reliable plumbing company for us. Yesterday (12/25/2023), we had a backup take place in the kitchen (go figure!) I called in the morning of the 26th and they were on site by 9:30am. Truly thankful that they were able to come out correct the problem quickly!!!

We called for a clogged kitchen drain. Nick ended up clearing a large plastic bag and wire (yes) that was deep in the pipes.
Having a professional plumber made a difference on this clogged drain.”
“Had a leak coming from the upstairs shower, notice stain in the ceiling. Took about half an hour to find out it wasn’t a line broken. It was that the grout had worn out over the years in the shower. It was recommended that I get a re-grout to resolve the issue. No complaints and the service was totally professional.
Used this company before to install a new water heater. Excellent service, and good work.

Parzival Plumbing is very professional. I filled out an online appointment inquiry for a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning, they texted me back and was able to schedule an appointment that day.
Parzival Plumbing provided great service in unclogging our shower drain and installing a new faucet in another bathroom. Our plumber Gunnar was very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable in getting the job done.
We had an older Kohler toilet that started leaking from the tank. Parzival responded quickly and professionally. Tanner and Pete were able to rebuild the toilet in less than an hour. They also provided helpful information about two other future, non-urgent plumbing jobs.
These guys are top-notch! Hard to find reliable plumbers that you can trust but it’s nice to know I don’t have to worry about that anymore and I can count of them for any of my plumbing needs! Fast, clean, and professional!
Tony was very professional and helpful. He fixed our clogged bathroom pipe right away. Also very good communication. I’m gonna ask them if I have any problems again.
The serviceman was very kind and courteous. He was very professional. He informed us of the cost before he did the work. He fixed what was wrong as well as what caused it. I will be using them again to install a new garbage disposal and dishwasher. The service was excellent.
Parzival Plumbing never disappoints. They are always so attentive, quick to respond, and don’t price gouge ever! We found we had a leak under our sink in the kitchen… I emailed them in the evening and the next morning they had Tony scheduled to come to check on it.
I’ve used Parzival exclusively for my last two houses. Thomas is incredibly responsive, and they always go above and beyond the call of duty for us. Everyone at Parzival is incredibly polite, conscientious, and their work has been very solid.
We are very pleased with the service we received from Gunnar from Parzival Plumbing and also from the other employees we talked to and texted with when making our appointment. He was very thorough and cleaned up every area he worked on. He was very efficient, knowledgable, and friendly.
Parzival Plumbing deserves 5 stars. I had a clogged kitchen sink, on a Saturday, of course. I spoke to Thomas who made arrangements for one of his plumbers to come out just a few hours later. Andrew came and did a great job with the repair, and he took care to make me feel comfortable with safety during the pandemic.
