I have used many plumbers but Nick Lewis from Parzival is the BEST by more than a mile. He is smart. He is puntual. He has unbelievable work ethics. He is also a man with high integrity. He will not charge you one cent more than what is fair to you.
Parvizal Plumbing was awesome! This is the second time I’ve used their services, and I will use them in the future! Mike was great, he quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem which was tricky, and repaired it quickly also! He was very considerate and helped clear out a closet in prep for restoration company. He was professional, efficient and made sure he wore his shoe covering. Thank you so much Mike and Parvizal Plumbing!
Nick came out and after a very thorough inspection, provided us with a detailed estimate and accompanying photos of the work to be done. The work was executed efficiently and cleanly with minimal disruption. I highly recommend Parzival.
I am not one to normally do reviews. However the folks at Parzival were so wonderful I needed to! My water heater died on a Saturday. Calling around to different plumbers I got no answers, answering services that were not helpful and then I called Parzival Plumbing. Right away Alma answered, an actual person who was so nice and helpful! She scheduled a time for that day and sent Thomas and Shane out, at no cost! They were both knowledgeable and super helpful. They were great and gave me estimates everywhere from a small fix to replacing the unit with a tankless system. I decide to just replace a part on my 25 year older water heater. They did the work and then let me know that I could apply the cost to a new system if I decide to upgrade in the next 6 months. That made it and easy decision. I had a small issue after install and Shane came back that day to make it right, no complaints! After considering some things, we decided to upgrade to a new tankless water system. They talked me through the process made sure the model was good for the SoCal Gas rebate and was able to get it installed a couple of days later. Mike did a great job and walked me through every decision and gave me lots of knowledge on how to maintain the new system. My previous plumber has moved out of state, but I am happy to say I found a new plumber, Parzival! They earned my business with their great customer service. Everyone I dealt with was first class and I would recommend them to anyone!
Prompt response and the plumber, Mike, took care care of our problem and was great.

Alex was great! He gave advice on which model of garbage disposal to install and was very efficient and thoughtful.

i have used Parzival for two years now. They are extremely professional, prompt and knowledge at what they are doing. Even the owner came out to troubleshoot a water hammer problem. The response time is unprecedented. They came the next day after I called about a clogged shower drain. These guys set the standard for customer service.
Parzival Plumbing is my absolute go to plumbers! I have had the pleasure of working with Thomas, Chris, and Tanner. All of the Parzival plumbers are honest, loyal, and knowledgeable. I am always comfortable when calling Parzival for a repair in my home. I trust Parzival to explain to me what they will be repairing, they present an estimate for my approval, and proceed to make the repairs. My home is older and needs confident, honest plumbers. Parzival is the only plumbing company I recommend.
I'm impressed with the prompt response to plumbing issues at my rental units and I know my tenants very much appreciate it as well.

Ryan arrived on time and was very thorough in cleaning out my clogged kitchen drain pipe. Went above and beyond what most other plumbers I have used in the past for same issue.

Second time using Parzival. I have used other plumbers in the past. I appreciate that you book on Sunday for a Monday appointment. They showed up on time, efficient, respectful and great service.
Great job! Came out next day even when I called on a Sunday. We very communicative and friendly. Looked like it was a tough job, but he got it done before we left on vacation. I’ll be sure to call them again if I need a plumber.
I discovered water coming out of my water meter box on Saturday morning then I called the water district. They came out in a couple of hours and it turned out to be leaking on my side of the meter. By this time it was about noon and I dreaded calling a plumber for Saturday work and figured it would be very expensive. I chose Parzival Plumbing because they were local and in Costa Mesa. I knew I called the right place when Karen told me there was no service call charge, only for the repair. She scheduled me for 3-5 pm, but called around 2:00 pm and said she would have Ryan come in the next 10-20 minutes. Ryan did an excellent job and explained the process every step of the way. He completed the repair in just a couple of hours and the bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.
Came back from vacation and found water leak from water heater and had no hot water. Called Parzival and Chris came the next morning to replace the unit. Parzival replaced my garbage disposal few years back and I had no problem with it. They always do quality work and transparent on the pricing. Highly recommended!
