i have used Parzival for two years now. They are extremely professional, prompt and knowledge at what they are doing. Even the owner came out to troubleshoot a water hammer problem. The response time is unprecedented. They came the next day after I called about a clogged shower drain. These guys set the standard for customer service.

Parzival Plumbing is my absolute go to plumbers! I have had the pleasure of working with Thomas, Chris, and Tanner. All of the Parzival plumbers are honest, loyal, and knowledgeable. I am always comfortable when calling Parzival for a repair in my home. I trust Parzival to explain to me what they will be repairing, they present an estimate for my approval, and proceed to make the repairs. My home is older and needs confident, honest plumbers. Parzival is the only plumbing company I recommend.

Great job! Came out next day even when I called on a Sunday. We very communicative and friendly. Looked like it was a tough job, but he got it done before we left on vacation. I’ll be sure to call them again if I need a plumber.

I discovered water coming out of my water meter box on Saturday morning then I called the water district. They came out in a couple of hours and it turned out to be leaking on my side of the meter. By this time it was about noon and I dreaded calling a plumber for Saturday work and figured it would be very expensive. I chose Parzival Plumbing because they were local and in Costa Mesa. I knew I called the right place when Karen told me there was no service call charge, only for the repair. She scheduled me for 3-5 pm, but called around 2:00 pm and said she would have Ryan come in the next 10-20 minutes. Ryan did an excellent job and explained the process every step of the way. He completed the repair in just a couple of hours and the bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Came back from vacation and found water leak from water heater and had no hot water. Called Parzival and Chris came the next morning to replace the unit. Parzival replaced my garbage disposal few years back and I had no problem with it. They always do quality work and transparent on the pricing. Highly recommended!
