I cannot say enough good things about Parzival Plumbing. The main line from our water meter broke yesterday morning, and they were able to adjust their schedule to have somebody out two hours earlier than they originally promised. Thomas, Elijah, and one were pleasant and professional. This was my third time using Parzival plumbing. I I just call them when I need a plumber.

Mike arrived on time and went right to work. He explained the problems and offered a solution. I told him to order the parts. Mike was knowledgeable, a good communicator and pleasant to work with. This was another good experience working with Parzival Plumbing.

He came out to my house 90 minutes after I called to make an appointment. That’s amazing in itself. So Alma the female office manager who answered my call very fast, was super nice, efficient and professional. So Thomas is so professional with his morals and ethics. He is super congenial, smart and gave me a final price that was under the minimum I was expecting. I will be using this company from this moment going forward and forever. So after 2 plumbing companies were very unprofessional one of them I’ve used for many years in the past both companies being very lackluster; I decided to try Thomas @ Parzival Plumbing. My kitchen sink was clogged. And now it’s not. Parsival was excellent as usual. Parzival has been helping me for the last 10 years. The latest service involved complete overall of piping through most of my house. I was thoroughly pleased with all the work they did and will obviously have them back in the future.

We had a new refrigerator delivered and discovered the water valve in the wall was badly corroded, so we called Parzival to come replace it. Mike came and did the job with no fuss or muss in 45 minutes. This is the second job he's done for us in the last month and he is a real pro.

Pricey but they do a good job. Quality work doesn't come cheap 🙂

We recently experienced a water leak and flush system issue with a flushometer-type Sloan toilet at one of our stores in Costa Mesa, CA. When I contacted Parzival Plumbing, their coordinator, Ms. Alma, immediately gathered all the necessary information and provided detailed pricing and technician availability within just a few minutes. Since we urgently needed same-day service and it was already near after-hours, no technicians were initially available. However, Ms. Alma understood the urgency of the situation and went above and beyond to secure a last-minute opening and coordinate an onsite inspection. The technician arrived within 20 minutes, quickly identified the issue, and provided a prompt quote. Even when additional work was required, Ms. Alma ensured we were kept informed throughout the process and obtained our approval before proceeding. It is rare to find a plumbing company that delivers such excellent customer service and genuine care. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding service that Parzival Plumbing provides, and we highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I am not one to normally do reviews. However the folks at Parzival were so wonderful I needed to! My water heater died on a Saturday. Calling around to different plumbers I got no answers, answering services that were not helpful and then I called Parzival Plumbing. Right away Alma answered, an actual person who was so nice and helpful! She scheduled a time for that day and sent Thomas and Shane out, at no cost! They were both knowledgeable and super helpful. They were great and gave me estimates everywhere from a small fix to replacing the unit with a tankless system. I decide to just replace a part on my 25 year older water heater. They did the work and then let me know that I could apply the cost to a new system if I decide to upgrade in the next 6 months. That made it and easy decision. I had a small issue after install and Shane came back that day to make it right, no complaints! After considering some things, we decided to upgrade to a new tankless water system. They talked me through the process made sure the model was good for the SoCal Gas rebate and was able to get it installed a couple of days later. Mike did a great job and walked me through every decision and gave me lots of knowledge on how to maintain the new system. My previous plumber has moved out of state, but I am happy to say I found a new plumber, Parzival! They earned my business with their great customer service. Everyone I dealt with was first class and I would recommend them to anyone!

The plumber, Nick was extremely thorough and did a great job identifying the initial problem we were having with our tankless water heater. He returned the next day to flush it for us. And again, took his time to ensure he looked and cleaned everything. As a result, we will be scheduling our annual water heater flush next year.

Mike came out right away. I needed my Garden hose outlet changed. I tried to do it myself and failed. He was able to do it quickly and made it so that if the spigot failed in the future, I could do it myself. I had used them for my shower before, so this is the second time I have used them. They are not cheap, but they are prompt and do a great job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. They are worth it.

Nick and Tom took great care of us! After they rooted and hydra-jetted my line, Nick spent 40 minutes getting pieces of wood out of the line between the kitchen sink and clean-out!! How did that get in there?

Had gas leak. Parzival came out that day and fixed the leaks and ran new gas lines. Work completed in one day. Then came back and patched drywall and plaster. Mike and team were excellent.

Very impressed with Mike’s McRunels, workmanship & knowledge. Keeping us informed with what he was doing and why. Sorry no photos most all work was under the House foundation. At this point. Mike was great kept us informed. Easy to work with and put up with my inquiries and took time to make us and understand exactly what’s going on we’re on a foundation with a With a crawlspace underneath the houseso all the plumbing is underneath the house. It makes a little bit more complicated, we our in our layer years and Mike was very patient.

Our service technician Mike provided top notch service. Mike did a very through inspection, he accessed the leak and went to work to repair the leak and restore water back to my home. I have been using Parzival Plumbing for 6 or 7 years. They are very responsive always arrive when they say. All their employees are most courteous. They take pride in their work and take the time to get it right the first time. I have yet had to call them back for a problem on work they preformed. They use only top quality parts and materials. They are up front with cost and provide several options and cost for each before getting your OK and starting work. I will continue to use them into the future.
